We use ingredients from our own production

Our chefs create dishes based on fresh local produce. We limit ingredients from outside sources to focus on the true flavors of Tuscany. We prioritize and value the ingredients we produce ourselves, such as wine, olive oil, vegetables, vinegar, and flour made from Ancient Grains of Montespertoli. Our goal is to create a tasting journey where taste and authenticity reign.
