All cancellation penalty charges are suspended until 31 March 2020 for guests travelling to and from the following locations:
Clients who have booked through online travel agencies or similar third party brokers are invited to contact their respective agents and online booking services to request information regarding the conditions applied. Important: the latter will not apply to group bookings.

Extraordinary cleaning and hygiene measures have been implemented to counter a vast spectrum of viruses, comprising COVID-19, from accurate hand washing to the use of specific detergents and meticulous procedures regarding guest rooms and all communal areas.
