We are strictly complying with all the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization and local health authorities with regard to the new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-10). 

Our first priority is always to safeguard the health of our guests and employees.  

Cancellation terms:

All cancellation penalty charges are suspended until 31 March 2020 for guests travelling to and from the following locations:

Clients who have booked through online travel agencies or similar third party brokers are invited to contact their respective agents and online booking services to request information regarding the conditions applied. Important: the latter will not apply to group bookings. 

Our commitment to cleanliness:

High standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained every day in all areas of the holiday farm; throughout the health emergency, we are at work to maximize the commitment of staff members engaged in these activities to ensure that the most recent guidelines on hygiene and cleanliness are complied with, in order to guarantee the safety of our guests and personnel. Extraordinary cleaning and hygiene measures have been implemented to counter a vast spectrum of viruses, comprising COVID-19, from accurate hand washing to the use of specific detergents and meticulous procedures regarding guest rooms and all communal areas. 

The special measures adopted by the Borgo Divino holiday farm include:

Health, safety and staff training: to make our hygiene and cleaning plan as efficacious as possible, we have based it on such considerations as the health and safety of our holiday farm staff and the need to provide specific training for the emergency in course.
